W. ROTATIONAL-BASIC RATE (CODE RB)

Subject to availability, rotational spots within a certain time classification may be bought at the RB rate. These RB spots are subject to preemption by another advertiser buying at the F5A, F5, F4A, F4, F3A, F3, F2, F1 or FB rate up to SEVEN* (7) days and advertiser buying at the F8A, F8, F7A, F7, F6A or F6 rate up to THREE* (3) days and advertiser buying at the F15, F14, F13, F12, F11, F10 or F9 rate ONE# (1) day before the date of telecast.

Under normal circumstances, spot pre-empted may either be rescheduled to a different date or time, or converted to another Booking or cancelled at the advertiser��s discretion. Subject to airtime availability, the Station will offer the advertiser an alternative to the pre-empted spot.

If this offer is made by the Station SEVEN* (7) days or more before the date of telecast, the advertiser concerned should notify the Station in writing within FOUR* (4) days from the date of the Station��s offer if it does not accept the alternative or if it wishes to cancel the spot.

If the offer is made by the Station between THREE* (3) days to SIX* (6) days before the date of telecast, the advertiser concerned should notify the Station in writing within TWO* (2) days from the date of the Station��s offer if it does not accept the alternative or if it wishes to cancel the spot. Failing this, the advertiser will be deemed to have accepted the Station��s offer of the alternative to the pre-empted spot.

# booking order of a spot (at the F8 rate or above) made at or before 12:00 noon can pre-empt another spot (at the F6 rate or below) scheduled to be telecasted on the next day.
